About the event
Join Gloucestershire RFU's partner Ripples Wellbeing for this FREE two hour Mental Health Awareness Workshop.
The session will cover some of the key points within mental health first aid training such as understanding mental health, common mental health conditions, active listening and how to support others in times of need ending with exercises around self-care and boundaries.
You will need to have a valid ticket to attend this event.
