Laughter Yoga Workshop
Put simply: Yoga benefits through laughter practices!

Anyone can laugh for no reason without relying on humour, jokes, or comedy. In these workshops, laughter is initiated as an exercise in the group with eye contact, movement, and childlike playfulness, it’s intentional and therefore cannot be fake! Workshops combine laughter exercises with deep breathing, bringing more oxygen to the body and the brain, making one feel more energetic and healthier.

Organisation benefits of laughter include: relieving stress and reducing chances of overwhelm, promoting creativity, promoting inclusion whilst building rapport and morale, improving health and mood and creating clearer thinking to promote innovation and greater productivity.
