Live & Learn

Having lived so many lives already,  James and Heidi are not afraid to share the story of the challenges and unique experiences that have led them to where they are today.

Using impactful storytelling and lived experiences they share a vulnerability and rawness that allows others to open up.

They share their excitement for the path that has led from challenge to thrive, their passion for overcoming,

and their drive for change.

Central to all speaking work is inspiring others to face challenges head-on, to see adversity as an opportunity for growth, and how we can all show up in a way that makes a difference in our world.

"We aim to inspire people
- reigniting the fire which is the human spirit."

"We have had the most fantastic couple of days with our team, the aim was to let them know that we care about them and recognise that their wellbeing is key to everything.  Your talk and awareness session was so key in achieving that and I can't thank you enough for the part you both played in that.

You are, truly, two of the most inspirational people I've had the pleasure of meeting!"

Heidi Chapman-Mercer

Executive Director, AET Trainer, Inspirational Speaker and Workplace Wellbeing Practitioner.

Heidi's journey is not one for the faint-hearted, she embraces vulnerability with a rawness that will catch you off guard. Embodying the transformative journey from trauma to acceptance whilst sewing seeds of empowerment she invites the audience to join her narrative through her storytelling.

From her role as the first person to be paid to work in an Executive position in the women’s Premiership in England to holding the position of CEO of the only women’s standalone Rugby Club in the UK her ability to stand up for what she believes and break down barriers is at the forefront of all she does.

Heidi's passion is making a difference, not just for each of us, but for the people who follow in our footsteps. She believes that our job is to do good for the next generation, to play our part in moulding a world where being perfectly imperfect is embraced for all the joy it holds.

Heidi's specialty is within the Mental Health arena weaving lived experience, inspirational storytelling and training knowledge to broaden audience participation, allowing them to walk away with a willingness to embrace their imperfections and open the door to vulnerability.
