The survey process includes:
-
Pre-survey meeting to understand the organisations objectives, aims and possible target areas.
-
Conduction of the survey; this can include face-to-face consultation groups in addition to anonymous online options.
-
Survey results are collated and analysed.
-
Post survey results presented to the organisation which includes suggestions for areas in need of improvement.
Team Building & Corporate Retreat days
We offer structured events centred around wellbeing for teams, within organisations, to bond and engage with each other away from the average workplace setting. Typically events take place over the course of a day, and involve the entire company’s personnel but can be designed to cover a weekend and include overnight stays.

Our team building and retreat days, at their core, are about shaking up the usual way of doing things. This means taking people a little outside of their comfort zones, asking them to move their focus from the normal day-to-day, and learn something new both about themselves and their teammates.

Team building and retreat days not only bring quieter team members out of their shells, but it can also temper the ego of louder, more commanding voices that might need to take things down just a notch. Fostering a culture of respect in which everybody is heard and valued, qualities vital for any team aspiring to be the best they can be.

We have found this days are more needed within the new hybrid nature of work in the UK and encourage teamwork, confidence and motivation.
Awareness Events
Awareness days, weeks or months are designated times for specific events in order to raise awareness of topics important to the communities within our society. They bring attention to important causes which include health, education, charity goals and more. Events are designed around learning, acknowledgement, and celebration. Within every year there are numerous awareness days, and new ones are frequently added.

We offer a a variety of talks, events and workshops to assist organisations in marking an awareness day, week or month through face-to-face, online and pre-recorded content.
Workplace Support Groups
Workplace Support Groups are a place for people to come together and share what they may be feeling, thinking or experiencing centred around a particular topic, for example Grief, MHFA'rs, Trauma, Mental Health. Groups are facilitated by one of our team who manage and open discussions ensuring all participants are listened to and given space.
Groups have ground rules which are agreed upon at fruition, maintaining a safe confidential space that promotes a sense of community within the workplace.
121 Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The recipient remains clothed and lies on a couch or sits on a chair making it suitable for anyone. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively, on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation and the whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms.
Heidi offers one-to-one Reiki sessions both within workplace settings and to individual clients.
Sessions last 60 minutes and are offered within our therapy spaces or within workplace offices
